Honee's Strawberry Jello Sour Cream Salad


Ingredients

Ingredient Qty.   Unit
strawberry gelatin 3   oz
boiling water 3/4   c
frozen strawberries 10   oz
mashed banana 1   c
well-drained crushed pineapple 1   c
sour cream 1   c


Instructions

1) Place gelatin in a bowl, add water stirring until gelatin is dissolved.

2) Fold in strawberries, bananas and pineapple.

3) Pour half the mixture into a serving bowl. Ladle the sour cream over it. Pour in the other half of the mixture. Needs at least three hours to refrigerate, although best to prepare the night before.


Yield: 8 Servings
