Kielbasa and BBQ sauce


Ingredients

real polish kielbasa 1/2   lb
open pit bbq sauce 1/4   c


Instructions

1) Slice kielbasa into bite size pieces.

2) Pan fry kielbasa until golden brown and toasty.

3) Drain off fat.

4) Add bbq sauce and heat through.

5) Serve with toothpicks.

6) Story: Every December, Jim drives to Port Richmond in Philadelphia to get good, homemade kielbasa for the family for Christmas. He takes orders for co-workers, too. This dish is a classic Christmas eve snack.
