Recipe: Baked Stuffed Trout

Ritz or Townhouse crackers, crumbled |

Instructions
|
1) Preheat oven to 450.
2) Mix crabmeat, crackers, green onion, mayo and the juice of 1/4 lemon. Season with cayenne, salt and pepper.
3) Lightly oil the bottom of a baking dish. Rinse fish, lay in baking dish and season inside with salt and pepper.
4) Fill fish with stuffing, use a toothpick to hold closed if necessary.
5) Top fish with slices of lemon and butter.
6) Bake 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
7) Story: Ridiculously good. That is all.
