Instructions
|
1) Brown meat in a bit of oil with salt and pepper. Remove and discard too much extra oil.
2) Saute vegetables with salt and pepper.
3) Return meat to pan, add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 4 or 5 minutes until it has all come together.
4) Note: if you're not a fan of mustard, consider leaving it out, or at least halving the quantity. It imparts a distinct flavor to the dish that isn't discernable in Manwich and took a little getting used to.
