Chow Mein Butterscotch Cookies


Ingredients

butterscotch morsels 11   oz
thin chow mein noodles 2   c
salted peanuts 1   c


Instructions

1) Line two baking sheets with wax paper.

2) Melt butterscotch morsels over low heat in a medium saucepan (or in a double boiler).

3) Stir in chow mein noodles and peanuts.

4) Drop heaping teaspoonfuls onto lined pans. Let stand 20 minutes or until firm. Store airtight at room temperature up to 1 week.


Yield: 48 cookies
